PETITION TO THE GOVERNING BOARD COMMISSION (GBC) OF THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR KRISHNA CONSCIIOUSNESSI (ISKCON) TO REINSTATE ITS FOUNDER ACHARYA A.C. BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI'S JULY 9, 1977, ORDER FOR HIM TO REMAIN THE SOLE PRECEPTORAL/DIKSA GURU IN ISKCON HENCEFORWARD
 
WHEREAS, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami is the foremost exponent of Krishna Consciousness in the world.

WHEREAS, On July 9, 1977, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the founder acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), a 501c3 religious organization, left detailed instructions in his July 9, 1977 letter sent to all ISKCON Governing Board Commission (GBC) managers and temple presidents to continue his student/disciple making program henceforward.

 
WHEREAS, these instructions were detailed to take effect immediately with no future contingency for termination nor change. (See attached addendum).

WHEREAS, the GBC oversees all operations and management of ISKCON, as it receives direction from the founder acharya Śrīla Prabhupāda and he has the final approval in all matters.

 
WHEREAS, shortly after his passing in November 1977, his GBC managers terminated the July 9, 1977 order and instituted their own system of appointed acharyas in clear violation. This deviation soon divided the 10,000 members of the society as most of them were told by the GBC to leave their positions in ISKCON if they did not go along with their hoax. The aggrieved members were alienated from their positions in ISKCON and had to leave their employment and residence in the society's temples which led to their financial hardships and spiritual fall downs.

WHEREAS, currently the same deviation is still being perpetrated on the members of ISKCON with the same alienation from the founder acarya's direct preeminent preceptorial authority and lineage (disciplic succession). This deviation caused a catastrophic failure to bring all the students and members of ISKCON closer to Krishna and His empowered spiritual  master which severely violates its core teachings and their charter of incorporation causing a severe decline in membership.

WHEREAS, in his last will and testament Founder Acarya Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada relies on his July 9, 1977, order to initiate his future disciples and thus satisfy its requirement that all ISKCON temple directors be his duly initiated disciples. (See attached addendum)

BE IT RESOLVED that the undersigned petitioners who are students and members of ISKCON, petition the present GBC managers of ISKCON to immediately reinstate the founder acharya's July 9, 1977, orders to remain the sole spiritual master/disciple lineage in ISKCON.

 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that failure to reinstate Srila Prabhupada's July 9, 1977, worldwide order in a timely manner will necessitate a class action lawsuit to correct the above stated deviations.

One must be a Prabhupada disciple or an avid student of Srila Prabhupada's books to be eligible to sign the petition. Online petitions are subject to fake signatures and lack of privacy. So Prabhupada's July 9. 1977 committee is accepting disciples around the world to help with that task. Contact the committee at cyberne...@gmail.com and we will email the petition with the addendums. Every city where there is an ISKCON temple is where the petition must be signed.

Nara Narayana Dasa ACBSP is trying to communicate the same to the ISKCON GBC by founding the League for 10k

He is in contact with Bashu Gosh Dasa of ICC in India, but they do not seem to accept the order of the Acharya instead try to go to "tradition" To a say that "gurus" like JPS are preaching Appasiddhanta that women can be Gurus and at the same time saying these "Gurus" are bona fide DIksha Gurus of Iskcon? ... Trying to twist the scripture to fit their cheating elected conditioned soul guru system.

Especially the disobedience Direction of Management in 1970 is a great offense. GBC would have been elected by the Tempel Presidents instead of becomming the fascist style dictators of ISKCON.

This is not about having Gurus to guide the new devotees. They need the Gurus as legal heirs of Prabhupada's movement. Prabhupada instructed that the properties are owned, decentralized, by the local temple congregations.  This system is overruled by the GBC gurus. They are the legal owners of the properties in their zone. That's why the GBC resolutions are all about "zonal assignments".  The temple congregations are excluded from any functions concerning temple management. In case a guru falls down the properties are transferred as GBC Inc Society properties, meanwhile, they own 95% of the global ISKCON properties.

To Whom It My Concern.  Hare Krishna, Jai Sri Nam!

I have noticed your effort to deal with the GBC.  As I have presented in a Treatise by the title “Moving Forward”, evidence that Srila Prabhupada, has said himself, that they are “USELESS”, and thus they have “Ruined” his mission.  Try to understand that them by the following analogy.

“It would be easier to change the course of a Navy Battleship, with a pair of canoe paddles, than to change the course of ISKCON.”

Otherwise, there are 3 Featured Presentations, that I have been writing for the past a long time now. 

1.  A Treatise “Moving Forward” A Case for the Reconstitution of Srila Prabhupada’s Mission? I think you might be interested in this, in particular.  and you might have some appreciation for the contents.

2. “Srila Prabhupada Antya-lila: The Last Six Months, Was He Systematically Poisoned?”  I think you might like, because it is a history, that has not been told.  In 1993 when I went to live in India, I come to possess a metal trunk, containing around 3,000 pages of type-written transcripts.  In transcribing these into MS Word Documents, I discovered the 1st clues and evidence, that my Spiritual Master, Srila Prabhupada, “WAS POISONED”, by a plot to “hijack” his ISKCON institution, by 11 unscrupulous domoic God brothers.  Hence, to make that long story short; I was the source of the now famous “rumor” that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned.  This will be the first time that my identity is revealed in regards to this rumor.   

3. “What Is the Eternal, Constitutional Function of The Jiva?  /Soul?” This one I do hope that you will give it some consideration; because it is a “treasure map”, that explains the “Purpose of The Human Form of Life”. It is Compiled from Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur’s Jaiva-dharma (1896); Just the Nectarean Knowledge (Sastra), Without the Thakur’s Novel & Stories.

I have organized these lengthy works, in somewhat short Segments, in order to facilitate convenient and easy reading.  All Segments have the facility for Comments, and comments to comments (more or less a Thread capability)

I will soon make it possible for posting articles, essays, papers, and Treatises, by others, which are in pursuant of the purpose and scope of this website.

The website is yet not complete, and you will see in the website Content page, the other various presentations that have not been posted, and will be by the end of this year, or in the early part of 2023.  Nevertheless, the current content encompasses 422 web-pages.

The Treatise “Moving Forward”, is an effort to begin the organization of the “Reconstitution of Srila Prabhupada’s Mission”.  I have not yet written exactly how that will be done, but I firmly establish the basis for it.  I was hoping that like minded devotees would come together, in a professional and organized manner, to accomplish this. I have professional experience in this regard, and I know that more head are better than one.  Why do you think that Lord Brahma his multi-heads?

Haribol thanks for your esteemed invitation.  I will participate there for sure.

Yes this petition  is a long shot but the attempt is two fold: always know the past history so you can know the present then adjust for the future. The problems in spiritual life must always be solved otherwise one becomes part of the problem in spiritual advancement not the solution. And for those representing guru and Gauranga there is a special hell for those misusing the property of the pure devotee of Krishna Chaitanya. Prabhupada is still their savior.

After leaving ISKCON early on I incorporated an identical 501c3 with Prabhupada's articles of incorporation, Direction of Management for the GBC and July 9, order. I steered clear of the poison issue as it was not sankirtan. Now there is his organization present and running. So we don't need ISKCON as they are not the standard Prabhupada wanted. Anyone of Prabhbupada's disciples or students can contact me at the Petition Committee address for more info.

We have been blessed with Kapindra maharaja's temple size Gour Nitai Deities and 6 acres of farmland. I would like to see this organization grow throughout the world for the next 10,000 years. ,
