One
thing that I learned as a young Navy officer, stationed in DC in
1968/69, is that the Civil Service personnel, generally speaking, cared
much more about money/job security than performing exemplary service to
their country. The military personnel, on the other hand, generally
speaking, were just the opposite.
I don't know how much of the following is true, but we don't have to wait very long to find out!

US Marines, 182nd Airbone, Special Forces (SEALs, Green Beret, Delta Force), Fighter planes, medical units, 10th Mountain Division, 18th Airbone corps and National Guard deployed to DC. There are reports that troops will remain on site for 30 days.
All 122 Bureau of Prisons facilities in the United States went into lockdown last night, according to ABC. Teams from individual facility’s special response teams are being deployed to DC and around the country US Capitol. Police tests audible emergency notification system. Streets are blocked. The secret service would have established a Green Zone in the heart of Washington D.C. and Red Zones with military check points, stopping every car trying to out of city, asking for ID. An army of military drones is sweeping every inch of the city. Biden inaugural rehearsal was rescheduled. The heavily armed military are wearing armor. Soldiers have been cleared to use lethal force. Red6 was given. The troops are not there for the inauguration but because "the country are currently under Military rule".
A contingent of 30,000 armed soldiers cannot be deployed without adequate logistics, prior planning and authorization from the Commander in Chief who remains Donald Trump. "According to the PROMETHEUS chain of command protocol for armed forces (Marines and SS, the National Guard as backup), in the event of a contested or compromised Transfer of Power, until the next President is officially sworn, he can not issue any order to the Armed Forces whatsoever. If the "Vedic astrologers" add an arbitrary fudge factor (the "ayanamsa") in order to try to make the signs of the zodiac correspond to some arbitrary vision of star patterns (constellations), why don't they make the signs of the zodiac different sizes in order to correspond to the different sizes of these arbitrary star pasterns? Not only that. but these illogical "Vedic astrologers" don't even all agree on the value of the ayanamsa! Doesn't this prove that "Vedic astrology" is not scientific?
Maybe this is why Indians never, ever win any scientific Nobel Prizes: They don't have very much in the way of common sense!
Krishna is very tricky. He tricked ISKCON's "Prabhupada is my sugar daddy" rascal astrologers into using a completely bogus, illogical system!

Right, they don't get into character analysis of a birth chart anymore. Just some future forecast. By now they seem to know that e.g. partner compatibility for devotees who want to get married doesn't work with vedic astrology, is just wrong. So what they do is to calculate auspicious days for doing something important. But isn't our philosophy that Krishna is there and arranges things for His devotees?

Yes, the bickering is annoying and unproductive.
Bhakta Robin has the best message so far.
So far as “fear porn”, yes the govts of the world are doing a good job on that one.
However, since I joined Srila Prabhupada in January of 1967, when his Iskcon was barely born, and was with him when it was in its innocence and infancy, I can tell you many things he said that some of you may classify as “fear porn.”
In mid 1969, because one of his male disciples left ( he lost faith over the so called moon landing issue) Srila Prabhupada quit talking in detail about the future. But when I was with him, from January 1967, to early 1969 (in March he lived with us in Hawaii for a month, after that he went off to circle the globe many times.....) In those early days he talked a lot in detail about the future.
Things like, “ a bear like race from the lower planetary system has come up through the caves into Russia and they are trying to make the whole world communist, atheist” (ever wonder why he was so anxious to go to Russia?), there will be no food in your cities and the pet dogs will run in packs and eat the people, your cities will be bloodbaths, people will have to flee to the hills , because of the looting and rioting and violence in your cities, get land, get self sufficient , this demoniac civilization is in its final stages, (sometimes he called it oil civilization, sometimes western civilization) it will be finished within your lifetime....and much more.
He would read the newspaper in Montreal in the summer of 68 (there was a postal strike) when we spent 3 months there with him. I was his secretary, cook, and house cleaner. I did everything from clean his bathroom every day to take dictation for perhaps 2 or 3 hours a day, type the letters and also type ChCh tapes. He said many things in those early days that I have discovered many devotees just dont know, they have never heard.
Anyway, yes, this is it. This IS the collapse and we have to do whatever we can to protect ourselves and the other devotees. Freedom will be more and more restricted as we have already seen. Good astrologers such as Patita Pavana/Abhaya Mudra have already predicted much of what we see happening in their last newsletter written in Oct 2019. They also advised devotees to get out of cities to some sort of country community of like minded devotees. Nowadays, even the karmis are fleeing cities like NY and Seattle. I think we should wise up very quickly or many will be trapped in unfortunate situations.
My greatest concern is the legacy of Srila Prabhupada’s teachings. I pray they will be safe in the coming horrors that we face in the next several years. I urge devotees to quit wasting time bickering and ego-upping and start doing some things like get food provisions and try to find a way to move from the cities, esp the ones in blue states.
I am an old lady, 75 years old, with little time left. I have cared for my Mother over 11 years, and she passed away on Makara Sankranti, which is very very auspicious. Now I will inherit a large tract of farm land but I have no means or abilities to develop it for a devotee community, so I am reaching out to those devotees (sane devotees please) who have already done farm projects so they can help me or guide me. There is very little time left. Soon we will no longer be able to travel freely. These tests are quite dangerous. There is plenty of evidence they carry nano particles, and the vack seen is even worse.
So rather than bickering, why not use this forum for something productive. We dont know how much longer we will have the opportunity to communicate like this, it could go down at any time.
So please, let us think in terms of future safety and welfare of the devotees (never mind which “faction” they are in) and try to do something productive.

11 Feb 21: On February 9th, 10th and 11th all 7 planets, (except Mars), are aligned in Capricorn or Makara.

This ongoing Yuga Yoga also happens in the sign of Capricorn. One difference is that now Rahu and Ketu form Kala Sarpa Yoga from their exalted signs of Scorpio and Taurus respectively. The chart on the left-hand side shows the beginning of the current Yuga Yoga. The rising sign is Cancer, the tithi is krishna trayodashi and the nakshatra Uttarashada. This is quite an auspicious configuration, especially when it is understtod from the right side. And that is the side solidifying victory for the Vaishnava servants of Shri Hari.
The end chart of the Yuga Yoga is on the right-hand side. At this point, the Moon is in Dhanishta nakshatra, the star of the tigress. And the tithi is Shukla Pratipat, the seventh day of the waxing Moon, a bhadra tithi. The day is Guruwara or Thursday, the day of Brihaspati. The rising sign is Virgo. Mars from the prominent 10th house (karmastan position) has moved to the 8th house.

The actual configuration in Capricorn moves from the 7th to the 5th house. This shows fracturing of the polarization in society into some frenzied "creative" expressions that result in chaos. Everyone will claim they have the right to do whatever they like, no matter how mad or crazy it might sound.
People will also become crazed for money and wealth, which thy will crave, but will have no idea really why they need it because they will lack the ability to understand happiness.

The fact that Kala Sarpa Yoga will move from the 5th/11th house to the 3rd/9th house shows that people will start finding freedom where they were not thinking they could find it. Many will find themselves wanting to focus on creativity and for some also spirituality. But, for now, it will be just a push for enlightenment. To an even greater degree, there will be no guidance and the people will be sorely misled. Everywhere chaos will abound. Most people--will remain as samsaris who are locked in their own karmas. Such misguided and foolish entities will continue to revolve in the same old patterns of Mayic energy forever. Since they are completely unable to change their views or thoughts on life as they think they know it, taking to the Yuga Dharma between the periods of Yuga Yogas will remain a challenge for the majority.
Then, in the mix, along comes retrograde Mercury who had just jumped from spending a few days ahead in Aquarius, the sign of the jug (Kumbha). Therefore, Mercury in Aquarius, the sign ahead of Capricorn, has been privy to seeing the future.Now, in retro motion, Budha (planet of intelligence) has come back to Makara to greet the other planets--and to tell them about his experiences ahead in Aquarius.
But, with so much crowding and so little breathing space, it all seems very confusing for the. The others in the graha-assembly will not listen to the message of Mercury. And now, because of this confusion, communication in general in the next decade would be very cloudy, manipulated and shadowy. People will even be confused about what they want,and will have no idea about what they need (sankirtana ygana).. Nobody has the solution ... Or so would they think.
At least from the viepoint of Jyotisha Shastra, the planet's solution is found in the strong position of Mars whose aspect to the sign of Libra might even break the Kala Sarpa Yoga. The power to uphold dharma while, at the same time, striking a balance (Libra). Mars is in his own movable fire sign of Aries which gives the ability to surge ahead with determination, though often working unseen. These qualities represented by Mars are the keys to finding success at this time.

Keep in mind that a very critical time is at hand, and many things will simply spin out of control since everything in society will have to change. There are many, we hate to think of this though it glares in our faces, that ,many people might not survive physically the intensity of this energy.
Krishna's devotees must pray for the upliftment of the entire world. There is not a single atom that is not a particle of Shri Krishna. Thus, each and every person on this Earth is connected. A coming jump into a Mini Satya Yuga lies before us, and everybody must be encouraged to take part for the glory of the prophecy of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu that His Holy Names will be chanted in every town and village of the world.

Prabhupada's desires to save the world must come true since the advent of the Supeme Lord Shri Krishna as Shri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu has already saved all living entities in this world. Thus, while others engage in mindless so-called "creative" activities, the devotees must be encouraged to preach even more boldly to the world at large.
The final moments of the Yuga Yoga reveal exactly that: Jupiter along with Saturn (who is in his own house are in conjunction with lagna-adipati Budha (Mercury, the lord of the rising sign), along with the 9th house lord (house of dharma) in the 5th house of learning. This combination is a classic example of a chart so often seen in the horoscopes of devotees. Thus, there is much hope for seeing an increase in the public chanting of the Hare Krishna mahamantra.
But ... just do not forget that the lower modes of Mars can also give the world a behind-the-scene governance that controls through martial law and fear.
Individual devotees must continue to store away enough food provisions at any given time in the coming years. Finding shelter and moving around will become more and more difficult. Before us any remaining opportunities for freedom are now closing. Thus, we should see the freedom in the heart.
Keep in mind that the next Yuga Yoga in May of 2032 will also happen with debilitated Jupiter. That means that the rancid energy of stagnation will only be slightly improved. In the mean time Jupiter would have made one full rotation around the zodiac and many dramatic events would have happened. There would be fast movement of both Jupiter and Saturn while they jump in an out of signs for three times. This would be a much longer event of what is happening right now. But for this dance of Saturn and Jupiter we will talk in the future more (although we have spoken also in the past.).

I'm also in my 70's and I am thinking of starting a Micro Green Garden in my cellar and just have to investigate it more and hope I will be able to buy all parts needed and seeds at this late date. A Micro green diet can keep you alive and you will have a new crop every 2-4 weeks, so this is something all devotees should look into and you don't need a cellar just anywhere in your home or apartment., you will be able to do this. You will have to use Full Spectrum lighting or Growing Lights. Also less noticeable would be to plant eatable weeds around your home like Dandelions and Sorrel etc.

He would read the newspaper in Montreal in the summer of 68(there was a postal strike) when we spent 3 months there with him. I was hissecretary, cook, and house cleaner. I did everything from clean his bathroomevery day to take dictation for perhaps 2 or 3 hours a day, type the lettersand also type ChCh tapes. He said many things in those early days that Ihave discovered many devotees just dont know, they have never heard.
Anyway, yes, this is it. This IS the collapse and we have todo whatever we can to protect ourselves and the other devotees. Freedom will bemore and more restricted as we have already seen. Abhaya Mudra Dasi also says that Suhotra was a pure devotee and everything he did was dictated by Krishna. And those devotees who had a problem with Suhotra are "all demons". I told her that Suhotra and Harikes threw out all Prabhupada disciples in Western Europe in order to establish their own kingdom with their own disciples.

I think the vedic astrology predictions based on Yogas and not Nakshatras and signs are still valid, because they do not depend on the Ayanamsa.
So predicting with conjunctions and Yogas(Combinations of Planets) still work, because they are the same in western and vedic astrology!

Casting a Western astrology horoscope is a purely scientific, technical process, but then the stupid Indian "Brahmins," after using the exact same computer programs that the Western astrologers use, ruin everything by throwing in the completely unscientific "ayanamsa"
fudge factor! If they are so concerned about some arbitrary star patterns, then why don't they make the sizes of the astrological signs different sizes in order to correspond to the vastly different sizes of these star patterns? Even a child can understand that it doesn't make any sense!

Astro dot com added Sivarama Swami's birth chart (see pic attached) to their collection of charts of prominent people. Like many other ISKCON leader he has a strong influence of Scorpio, Scorpio rising. Such people experience lots of changes in their lives. Actually many criminals and prison inmates have Scorpio rising. But here comes the vedic astrologer, "No, you have Libra rising, you are a poet". That's why the GBC is so much in favor with vedic astrology.

Right, unfortunately, Suhotra got entrapped by the zonal acarya deviation and thought a zone is meant only for one guru and his disciples. He strongly insisted on this. Later on, he felt that he had made big mistakes that caused him continuous depression. But he couldn't find a cause for his depression. It never crossed his mind that throwing out all Prabhupada disciples could be the cause of his problem. So he rushed to Mayapur and thought that this is enough, living in the holy Dham. He
died prematurely on April 8, 2007, at the age of 56.

years ago I published a letter to all ISKCON devotees about the trouble
I was having from depression. I tried to rectify myself by resigning from the GBC, ceasing to give more initiations, and concentrating on my sannyasa duties. But the depression persisted and conspired with
unhealthy, restless travel, lack of regulation, and lust, to knock me
out of the race again."
