A ham friend of mine, who some of you met at this past field day, is culling some of his collection in preparation for some remodeling work. All is free to whomever might want it. Some pics included. If anyone is interested in any of it, let me know and we’ll get it to you.

Many spools of wire (Joe: unspecified)

LG 20Mhz 2-channel analog oscilloscope

Heathkit SG-8 signal generator with manual (untested)

Heathkit V-7A vacuum tube voltmeter with manual (untested)

Bell and Howell oscilloscope (with probe)

Hi Joe,

I would like the signal generator if it is not already spoken for.  Please tell me where I can pick it up.

Thank you,

I’ll get some of it this evening and can arrange delivery after that. Reach out to me at joes...@arrl.net and we can work out the details.

The Heathkit pieces and both scopes have been claimed.

Joe,
That is great, that there is some interest.
Hopefully somebody will be putting them to use, rather than just trying to re-sell them.
Are they going to IARC members?  That would be good to see some new people using test gear.  Even if is old gear, it is still useful.
The LG scope and the SG-8 sig gen are still quite adequate for most things.   The Heathkit VTVM is a desirable classic, and was found on the vast majority of test benches back in the 1960's and 1970's. It still very useful and desireable. It's primary attribute, and main claims to fame ( good accuracy, low price, and high input impedance) is often no longer needed with the advent of inexpensive good quality DVM's.

Joe,
I would be interested in the LG Scope if it is still available.
