IsoriX for marine isoscapes

Hi and greetings from Alaska, 

I'm trying to produce isoscapes of eastern Bering Sea zooplankton and I keep getting stuck with using the IsoriX guide, likely because the example is used with terrestrial maps and H isotopes, where I'm in the marine/offshore realm. Is there anyone here that has used IsoriX with marine systems?  I'm on my phone now but I can share my messy code (haha) in a follow-up email. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Tood,

Yes some here (including me) have produced seascapes in IsoriX, but it is true that the bookdown still lacks an example about how to do that.

At which step do you get stuck?
