Looking for a provider who works with abdominophrenic dyssynergia

We were contacted today looking for a provider with experience in a specific condition.  See more information below.  

I received a call recently for someone interested in treatment for abdominophrenic dyssynergia.  

EMG biofeedback is a treatment recommendation, as is PT.  Just looking for possible referrals. 

Do you know anyone who might be familiar with this or treat it?  I've asked a couple of colleagues in my area but no one is familiar with this or has treated it.
