I doubt that there would be any issue at all. Here are a few reasons: the glasses need to be in the resonant frequency range of the stimulus - and I doubt that it would be. EMF radiation decays ay 1/d. So, there isn't much left with a few cms of distance. Also, if the glasses are to the side of the coil, induced energy would be tiny. Finally. The power going into the head is small. Certainly not enough to heat up  a pair of glasses.
