Persistent Technical Issues with our Equipment/Software

Hi, I am hoping someone in this community may be able to help us on a pressing matter. Our neurofeedback practice has been having persistent trouble with our BrainMaster Discovery amplifier and BrainAvatar software -- this started about 6 months ago, we received a brand new amplifier through the affiliate program and had our computer assessed by tech help, but the problems have persisted. This is interrupting our care for our clients who rely on our services to the point where we have had to cancel full days of appointments. I will describe the issues, and if anyone else has experienced anything like this or may know how to resolve, we would GREATLY appreciate any help. The issues vary so I won't be able to capture them all, but I'm including the most recent below: 
-- during zscore training, one site will read as dark blue on zscore maps, even though we know from prior trainings, that is inaccurate. The blue location may move to a different electrode site the next time or whole swaths may show extreme amplitudes that are not in line with historical information. 
- client review screen will not show recording for session
- one electrode impedance number will stay artifically high, even after changing cap and earclips

Troubleshooting we have tried so far: 
We have ensured the outlet is grounded, placed amplifier on plastic chair, purchased a grounding mat for under client chair, worked with tech help to walk through issues,  ensured caps and earclips are in good condition, restarted computer, and checked for updates on computer.
