gpg key of deb.isar-build.org repository expired

[MOESSBAUER, Felix]

Dear maintainers,

please renew the gpg key used for signing the apt repository providing
the test utilities (like avocado) [1],[2]. This key expired over the
weekend, making it impossible to run the CI.
