Annual Business Meeting 2020

Dear Fellow Toastmasters, An excellent opportunity has come to learn more about the International Officer and Director candidates. The club has important votes to cast during the 2020 Annual Business Meeting (see links below). To make the IRRI club’s votes count, we need your help to designate a club proxy and whether we instruct the proxy on how the votes will be cast. Who can be designated as IRRI Club’s proxy? We have listed our possible club proxy below: 1. IRRI Club Pres. Eunice Anne Capili 2. Any active/paid IRRI Club member 3. District 75 Director Marilyn Legaspi 4. Any TM paid/active member anywhere around the world What is the club proxy ‘s role? He/she will be assigned to cast a vote at the Annual Business Meeting. If we decide to have an instructed proxy, the club members have to learn more about the candidates and the proposed amendments and instruct him/her the vote. If we decide to have an uninstructed proxy, we leave him/her to vote for our club.
