Dear Mr. Magee,
I am sending this out to you because you, like myself, may rely in large part on networking for generating new client referrals. I am an active member in BNI (Business Networking International), the largest business networking organization in the world and offers members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, business referrals. It has been a huge source of referrals for me and my business since I joined. We are seeking other professionals in non-competing classifications to introduce to other business professionals who can help grow your business.
The reason for this e-mail is that we are having our annual Visitors' Day on Wednesday May 11, 2016. The networking event begins at 11:30 am at Gino's Pizza and Bar. The exact address is 1740 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE, Atlanta GA 30324. Phone #404-874-4466.
Several professional classifications are still open in our Chapter, and your seat is one of them. If you have an interest but our group isn't right for you, I can help you find other chapters you may want to visit. I would also like to introduce you as my guest to all current members and other guests, and your lunch is on me. Just be sure and bring plenty of business cards as we are expecting over 50 business professionals in attendance.
If you would like to attend, please let me know ASAP as we have to reserve space and food, and our Visitors Day usually reaches capacity one week prior to the event. If you are not interested that is of course fine too, but I did want you to know of this opportunity, and that I was thinking of you. I’ve also created a Constant Contact event campaign that will allow online registration and RSVP confirmation of attendance email. Do we have a master list of visitor contact information and/or would you all like to create a master invitation list by submitting your guest list? I think this will be a nice follow up to any other communication you may have had.
