First Splash at RYC 17-Aug

Hi all,

I recently purchased Laser 151044 and will be rigging her for the first time this Sunday 17-Aug to hopefully go sailing. Everything looks like it's there, but I plan on finding out then.

I know it conflicts with the Alameda sailing, but RYC is home port for the boat. I can do some travelling once I know I have all the parts to keep the boat upright, on top of the water, and moving towards the pointy end.

I'll plan on arriving around 11. Come join if you can.

For those who weren't sailing (or born) back then, note that Jonathan was one of our super District Secretaries back in the day! He can tell lots of good stories from sailing all over CA in the 1990s (and earlier) which was a truly great time in District 24 (with SBRA in addition to all our other events). 

Its great to see him get back out on the water!
