Save and Update Invoice Totals

Works great when the page loads. I would like to trigger this #invoice_download_link again when the user hits the save button which does an ic-post, basically the download link will change based from time to time.

Think of an invoice page, when you add an item and hit the save button it should reload the #invoice_download_link... Basically this is done onload how do I tell it to reload after an IC event.
