When ever I use ASM80 the top of the listing always has the filename and several blank lines on the first page as below:

Mark,

This is with the ASM80.exe that are provided in your tools.  I am trying to get the listing it produces cleaned up for my code reverse engineering on the Intel MDS software.

The behaviour is consistent with the resident native assembler, basically it shows the command line used to invoke the assembler.
