*Gujarat Model of IIISLA Training*
Generally, IIISLA Training holds the image of learning along with luxury, fun, dancing, singing and mingling. At some places, Google copy paste is taught, there are many controversies, many allegations are made, and gets to read a little too much. And the participants leave, calling it a very successful event.
During this time, today, I got the opportunity to attend a training seminar which is really in line with the objectives of IIISLA. Yes, I am talking about the three days training seminar which was conducted in Ahamdabad by Gujrat Surveyors team under the leadership of *Mr. Ajay Premnath Sharma*, Chairman of Gujarat Chapter. I would like to respond by defining all the categories of this training program as under.
*1*--- There was no long wide inauguration session, no flower garland, no long wide speech. Symbolically lighting the lamp followed by direct learning workshops/classes,
*2*---Workshop training and classes were held at "International Automobile Center of Excellence" a joint venture of Government of Gujarat and Maruti Suzuki India Limited and developed on PPP model. There was no AC in the workshop and Gujarat's heat is known to all, yet the learners who participated had great enthusiasm, seriousness and eagerness to learn.
*3*---There were only 30 participants in the training seminar and different participants participated in it on all the three days. Different 30 numbers per day. The learning environment was different due to fewer participants than the crowds of as other seminars.
*4--* The trainers of the Center were highly trained and educated and were telling the nuances of the subject very seriously. Among the participants, both elderly senior surveyors and junior surveyors participated almost equally.
*5---* The topic which was very important for motor surveyors to know, *Fundamentals of Electrical and Hybrid Vehicle*, topic was very important and timely. I myself also gained unforgettable knowledge about it.
*And in the end*, I would like to say that, throughout the seminar, there was no visible sight of IIISLA's dirty politics.
I congratulate the Gujarat Chapter and Ahmedabad Unit for this unique seminar and also expect the top leadership of IIISLA to conduct real seminars of practical and theory instead of very luxurious and expensive events and this is the real aim of IIISLA .
