ihouse survey conditing all surveys

1 matter is noticed claim of 54000/- & claim handled by inhouse surveyor & that too at authorised workshop & policy is of raheja Qbe.

Policy holder is also not satisfied with assessment.

can someone suggest how to complain at proper mode so that strict action should be taken against it.

You may approach to The Secretary, IRDA,New Delhi that you are not satisfied of your claim in respect of your vehicle. Please also note that a percentage of depreciation & policy excess will be deducted from  cost of repairing .

I mean he is still serving as a secretary or not?

Thanks a lot Mr.Loveleen S Sarser & also others who are ready for support my work is done I talk with many person from Raheja Qbe & demanded work as per guideline they were trying to misguide but i said as a surveyor i know rule & atlast Licenced surveyor is appointed it took time but work is done.

There are many surveyor showing concern for inhouse surveyor or for preserving surveyor future but when comes to pratical only limited person are there to fight.

i even got call from one senior surveyor i wont take his name & he is trying to demotivating by telling no use of complaining wont get any output i also have face same situation etc, but i still keep trying & Licenced surveyor appointed.
