IIISLA have new projects on card

While coming from Mumbai, I met our president Lalit Gupta. He called me at home and we shared views about future of IIISLA among bad news. He was very positive about future of IIISLA and our profession in general. He told me about new projects IIISLA is entering.

# IIISLA is entering into valuation profession. Tie up with IOV is in final position and will be announced soon.

# Mr Santosh Ranjana sent to Rajasthan for one assignment in tie-up with Gelhot Government which will be announced soon.

#   IIISLA is opening one Office in South Delhi and One at chembur In Mumbai.

# Delhi office will have all the information of surveyors and soon renewal will be automatic through Delhi office of IIISLA.

# Insurance Knowledge & Claim data transfer treaty with ASEAN countries is on cards and will benefit all of us.

He was serving me biscuits when one ring came from the doorbell.  Suddenly I got one jerk.  My wife told me to open the door.  I opened my eyes to find it as a dream.

Dear Naresh ji, it could more better if you have also taken up the matter of empanelments of all the IIISLA members particularly independent individual ones with atleast all the PSUs. 

Sorry to say IIISLA is receiving the due subscriptions very promptly but doing nothing for the fraternity.

Sorry to say that most essentials and fundamentals must be worked out first and ignoring the same is like crime. Dreaming is also not bad may be kept continued side by side only. 

Facilitating the private players for various violations for in-house surveys couldn't be in tune.
