Dear Friends

E Voting dates for 12 th CC elections are coming closer and members are receiving messages / posts /photo galleries of the contestants and their TEAM appealing to vote for them .

There are mainly three teams as of now and others are claiming to be independent ( Who may eventually form a TEAM will be calling it as a team of independent candidates).

One team is  a POSITIVE TEAM , while you go through their  past   posts /messages and responses in social media you will find nothing positive there , rather they have very negative approach towards all issues, and were holding posts in chapter,zonal and CC  and even simultaneously in both Councils in our same Institute like Mr DD chapter chairman of NE Chapter for seven yrs and CC member for One and half years, Manoj Bhargav , Chapter chairman of Rajasthan for seven years and CC member for one and half year, Mr Naishad Desai ,Zonal council member  for seven yrs and CC for three years, now what you will expect from such candidates who already had been enjoying lot of opportunity to serve the fraternity but failed miserably.

Another TEAM DEDICATED 4 , consists three ex presidents and one ex treasurer of IIISLA (they were contestants in last elections also and badly rejected by the members ) among them SP lodged a Police complain against LG in Hyderabad police station for Hidden account operated by LG even when  he was not holding any post/ authority in IIISLA and withdrawn last penny from that DELHI account ( TOTAL transactions in that account amounts to 58 lakhs rupees).

Now coming to third TEAM

     as Strong team are contestants who are blott less and matured enough to tackle the pressure of critics and false allegations as this things  takes away maximum your energy and time ( and which has become habit of few members if you go through the social media posts ) while working in the interest of the fraternity and they have worked for the fraternity even when they  were  not holding any posts . They are having zeal , potential and  positive APPROACH  in real sense 
   , hence  will be my Choice of candidates for IIISLA  12th CC elections .

If you term the message of the President is due to his greed  for retaining power, would you please explain to the members, as to why you joined Tanmoy Sarkar and Dulaldas in splitting the council and created nuisance in the Council, all the while you and your friends were there, 

If you had any difference of opinion in the functioning of the Council, and if you were not able to handle it the way desired, why didn't you step down from the post as a Council Member.  

Why did you cling to your chair, if you were not greedy for power.  Some so called well wishers of the members are asking such questions, as if the present Council is responsible for all the misdeeds of the most greedy fraudsters who are again in the fray for election,  with many false promises and propagandas.

Before you criticise the present council, why don't you go and stand in front of a mirror, and ask yourself as to what you did for the members

Dear Binu,

You are my good friend, without any doubt. but why you are pulling the issues right now. May be as a puppet dancer for a man who can not do anything, but beating his own drum only  since the starting of his session as Chair- holder from the beginning of IIISLA to till now still when he is on the Chair of Council. These all are old issues and within a short time you can not get any ready made reply from any body. Why not you can try to get answers from Mr. Dulal Das (So called RTI Master), Mr. Tanmoy Sarkar (since the inception of IIISLA who is stuck himself with the chair and knows all the waves more enough, but doesn't take any step in any day in his longest tenure), Mr. Lalit Gupta (long experience with bluff and misuse of power), Mr. Ashok Kumar ( downgrade the dignity of profession with the increasing of NSL from 20K to 50K )  and others you know all..

The Team - Positive or the Team - Dedicated both are made by the group of same minded persons having high covetousness of power and self interest only but not to love to our profession, or you & me. Hence you can call these two team as both side of  a same coin and bridged by Mr N D.

Be cool , be wise, and think trice, elect those persons from ground level where you live, where you run your profession. Select those who have capability & capacity to bring you forward again recovering the  proud, once  lost by these guys .

So please don't try to divert our mind from a firm decision to elect Mr. Hanumasagar (from South Seat) , Mr. J P Singh (from East Seat), Mr. D  Basroor (from West Seat), and Mr. K B Manchanda (from All India Seat) to revive IIISLA and to strengthen the arms of IIISLA President, Secretary & others who are try their best for our better future. Moreover, to get your replies, towards positive mode as you (we) desire -

After sad demise of Mr Ekango CC didn't co opted anybody to fill the vacancy and this fact was pointed out by IRDAI and EO  and that was the major reason to conduct rotational retirement lottery twice. When  unfortunately same situation created vacancy after sad demise of Mr Raju ,  CC had decided with majority to fill the vacancy . For this simple and straight forward thing you are writing blind greed of power etc. But I suppose it is better than becoming a blind puppet of some culprit of the fraternity .

I replied you because you are writing continuously leaving behind all decency and you are  having  plenty of  time for creating nusance , you keep on doing that ,we are busy in working in the interest of the fraternity .

My dear IIISLA fraternity,

 

The following lessons have been learned over the last 15 years reg. the functioning of IIISLA.

 

1.  Due to continuous conflict amongst CC members and lack of selfless attitude, there has not been any perceptible

    

     progress in addressing our goals/issues.

 

2.  The foremost job of elected members surrounds around in-house groupism, with the sole motive of occupying Chair.

3. This state of affairs in IIISLA is obviously reflected in our Chapters and zones.

4. Consequently, the purpose of IIISLA and its sacred Constitution appears to be lost

5. Thereby, the common beneficiaries are the losers /sufferers.

6. But we are equally responsible. We have not played ideally, our part of the role in the democratic system.              

   We have not asked questions at the right time. We have not made them accountable. We have not shown any sign of 

    turbulence for the ineffectiveness.

 

Still I believe, it is never late for reasons to prevail. “Class Mein jab student Soyega, toh teacher bhi soyega, aur jis din student Padhke aayega aur sawal karega, Toh …………?.Zaroorat padne par teacher bhi badal na padta hai.(क्लास   में स्टूडेंट सोएगा, तो टीचर भी सोएगा, और जिस दिन स्टूडेंट पढ़के आएगा और सवाल करेगा....................? ज़रूरत पड़ने पर टीचर को भी बदलना पड़ता है.)

 

Now, this is real-time and opportunity for member voters to play their role. To rectify mistakes from aforesaid leanings, To boldly make the present incumbents accountable for their miserable failures, To compel them to answer “What they delivered? Why they failed their promises? Why shouldn’t they be penalized for killing our valuable time to the tune of years through inaction? Why they deserve to contest again & again? Why they deserve to be trusted again? Why New faces, new thoughts, newer energy should not be given ONE chance to perform? The huge corpus of IIISLA and its management has always been a grey area creating a lot of doubts in every mind.

 

Change is the go of life, go of the world. IF we want things to happen, then we have to make things happen, by putting the right man at the right place at the right time. Please support me.

Now you talk about Tanmoy Sarkar, whatever good you see in the regulation 2020 is because of Tanmoy Sarkar, your friends did not have brain and time to bring some thing better than that.

Whatever good you see in the regulation 2020 is because of Mr Dulaldas who sat day and night and made responses which was further enriched by our ex president.

The education program would have been much better if Manoj Bhargawa would have been allowed to work jointly with Sachin.

I am very clear in mind, I will support all those CC members who are there for the members, not for those whom you are advocating.

On going through the above posts in continuation of the post of our New President, one thing comes to my mind, Why not we Prefer CHANGE...............

As Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past and present are certain to miss the future. The greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change his future by merely changing his attitude, his attitude to choose the existing/past candidates that have already served IIISLA and the outcome is well known to everybody . Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world and our World is IIISLA. 

If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living..............Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.

I have read somewhere that the secret of leadership is simple: Do what you believe in. Paint a picture of the future. Go there. People will follow.................and that I have found in the following four contestants for the current CC election 2021.

Very nice and right post by Mr. Jadhav, there can't be any other way out left for IIISLA progress and welfare of our fraternity except voting n electing Team Strong as whole. One thing more that all the previous say past portfolioholders who are again contesting the elections may have their groups of some supporters who may again vote for them as such to counter I request the whole fraternity to vote @ 100% polling for the  betterment of our profession and future of all us with our respective families. I would request Mr. Jadav with all present CC members with Team Strong to call upon the fraternity for 100% polling and also to convey with more details about referred discrepancies in  the matter of referred huge funds.

   Can you enlighten the members what the current CC has done on the following issues till date.

1. What action has been taken to Overcome the after effects of Surveyor Regulation 2020.?

2. What action has been taken to  Overcome the hardship created by EOI?

3. What is the action taken by the present CC in respect of Survey Fees Revision?

4. What is the action taken  by the CC to prevent violation of NSL by Private Sector Insurer's?

5. What is the action taken by the present  CC against the non-payment of eligible survey fees by Insurers?

6. Have you lodged a protest letter to IRDAI and Ministry of Finance regarding the betrayal done to Independent Surveyor Fraternity by IRDAI and Working group of Surveyor Regulation 2020?

   I hope you would reply with true boldness and maturity.

Dear Sir,

The central council elections for directors are very crucial and important as well. There need various amendments in the AOA. Some clauses in "The Regulation for surveyor and Loss Assessors, 2020" are to be contested in the court of law, are ultra-vires or infringing.  Regulation 2015 could not be contested in an appropriate way, the shortcoming of that are still in the Regulation 2020, however, the present council pursued well the draft 2019.   IIISLA as our institution cum Association must not be used by any or groups. So, elect qualified, competent and good profile persons only, who can be useful to the IIISLA and can work in favour of institute and fraternity. My request to all the directors of the IIISLA  is to be united and be one mind, Your objectives should be the same in order to save the profession and the institute. All 12 directors must be one mind on the profession and well being of the institute. There may be differences in the pattern/way of handling the issues but fighting for posts might not be there.

The 12^th CC election dates are fast approaching, The contesting candidates and or their supporters are bombarding all of us by sending messages after messages, by making phone calls, by forwarding recorded voice messages and by emails.  Now most of us have got fed up, tired of so many messages and calls but we still have to select and elect 4 CC members to the IIISLA office who will assist the present council. The question bothering most members is how to identify, select and elect the right candidates and in the light of the above Mr. Rahul Jadhav has provided us few inputs in the trail mail. In my opinion we should select candidates whose past records are clean and who can deliver. It is always a team that works and by going through all contesting team in the fray, I prefer the ‘Team Strong’ comprising of  Mr. J P.Singh (East Zone), Mr. S Hanumansagar (South Zone), Mr. Durgadas Basroor (West Zone) & Mr. K B Manchanda (All India).

So request you all to vote and support “Team Strong”.

Dear All,

The Presidents remarks on the teams are very apt, given the team member's past performance, and the most negative man in the team is none other than Dulaldas, who came to the Council in his last term was only with a negative intention of destroying IIISLA,  so let the members decide what is positive in him to be supported. 

I don't think that the members are fools to support him by voting in his favor, because they have tried it for the last time, and he won the election, and soon after forming the Council, his true colour was exposed, joining hands with another two notorious characters with unreasonably  obstinate attitude and they created  divide in the Council with their negative approach.  These shameless men are facing the members now seeking their support and their vote to win the election and  complete his destruction/demolition of IIISLA, as if he is taking vengeance on the members for his own misdeeds.

And our former Treasurer Mr. Naishad Desai, all of a sudden he has become an angel, and is trying to project himself as the savior of the surveyors.  He is now shedding crocodile tears for the hapless members, and he says that he is going to set right everything by himself, as if the members have forgotten that his contribution in the Council was below zero, and now let him claim his credibility from the members and about Manoj Bhargava, I only know that he was the  Chapter chairman of Rajasthan for seven years, and was  in the council for one and half year, but as far as to his contribution, I have nothing to say.

The  Other Team with name "TEAM DEDICATED" -  The name should actually be "Deadly Dictators" , in comparison with some of the past dictators in the History, who played havoc with the lives of people.  They fought each other, and One ex-president lodged a police complaint against  another is now his partner in crime, and joined hands for the election which every member know is with an ulterior motive. Do any one think that they deserve to be supported by the members, who knw that they are rejected as outclassed and unworthy to be in the Council. They can expect the support of only those who were their partners in crime and their coteries  for sharing the booty

Now comes the importance of voting the Strong team, with dignitaries in their own capacity and non-controversial men who can really able do some thing for the members of the raternity, and who can resolve the pending issues.  None of them are participants in EOI or have been involved in any crimes like the past presidents and their  gang of rejected lot.

Dear Colleagues,  Please use youre intelligence as to who should be elected, and you will find only one team - "THE STRONG TEAM"

Of Mr Hanumasagar (SZ), Mr KB Manchanda  (AI), Mr J P Sing (EZ), and Mr Basroor. (WZ)

As the President  put it, the Strong team members are contestants who are blotless and matured enough to tackle the pressure of critics and false allegations while working in the interest of the fraternity and they have worked for the fraternity even when they  were  not holding any posts . They are having the zeal , enthusiasm, potential and  positive APPROACH  in resolving issues. 

So Dear Brothers, Cast your votes in favor of your favorite "STRONG TEAM" and let them join the CC instead of all the worthless lots, looters of IIISLA Funds and Destroyers of our profession

Dear Sir,

This is for notice of all concerned that, Mr. R.P. Verma surveyor was imprisoned in a case of SC ST atrocity. He remained in jail in harassment of an SC lady abusing and mishandling, misbehaving case, He was also charged for illegal possession of that lady's one floor.  FIR is enclosed for reference. 

When he was in jail for 20 days, his assistant had carried out surveys of the garage. The concerned surveyor's behavior with another portfolio holder was not good. The complaint made by the Garage GM was neither denied nor any reply was made. He was regularly misbehaving with me knowingly in the talk of the clip, My one word is not acceptable as a prudent mind but his total statement and words are against a position holder of IIISLA.   

Appropriate action must be taken against him. I will send this complaint to IrDA and all insurers since the matter attract insult and misbehave with malign intention, also preplanned to malign my image. I am human, not a god. I am working for the fraternity without any bias or interest. 

You are requested to take appropriate action against a person who can not bear my congratulation to the 4 newly elected council members.

I would like to bring the following facts for your kind information and necessary action please.

 Enclosed please find the FIR filed by Ms. Beena W/o Late Sri Surender Kumar R/O 5/269 Vikas Nagar Lucknow., against (i) Mr. Rajender Prasad Verma S/O Sri Shyam Badhi Verma R/O 5/269 Vikas nagar Lucknow.  Permanent R/O Vill : Tekanpur Thana Nagara Dist Balia  (ii) Mr. Ashutosh Tripathi  R/O 5/269 Vikas nagar Lucknow.  Permanent R/O Balia .

Since Sri R P Verma was accused vide FIR No: 304 dt. 8/12/2013  PS Vikas Nagar under section 323/504/506/448 3(1)  X SC ST Act. He was absconding from 8/12/2011 to 24/12/2011. Subsequently he was in Jail from 25/12/2011 to 09/01/2012. Since then the charge sheeted accused Mr. R P Verma is on Bial and conducting the Insurance survey under the banner of all the Insurance company.

I wish to bring to your notice that he has continued the survey job during this period, the survey, under repair photo, final inspection and report preparation was done by Mr. Pankaj his assistant.

During the absconding period and being in jail he has hidden all the facts from the Insurance Companies.

He has earned illegal money and surveyor fees from Insurance company for the period of his absconding and being in jail.

He has kept the Insurance companies in dark about the charges are being frames against him in the Honorable court of the SC/ST.

He has not informed all the above matters to the IRDA and IISLA being the member of it.

He has kept the TMI also in dark not informed about the above incident to the  TMI also.

In view of the above facts I would like to request that the whole matter be investigated and proper enquiries to be done to bring the facts and the circumstances under which he was conducting the survey for his period of absconding and being in jail.

He should be removed from the list of the surveyor panel empaneled for Goldrush as we will not allow his  survey work at our premises.
