Why current CC is badly after finishing IIISLA

Dear All

It is learn  AND also  in everybody's knowledge that new membership of IIISLA is  either stopped or delayed for  hundreds of aspirants for no  valid reasons and the image of the Institute is being tarnished very badly by the current CC . 

Few of these new aspirants are approaching for justice to IRDAI , DFS of MOF and even High courts  because of which Institute is creating enemies among the stakeholders of General insurance and loosing confidence in them which will take huge efforts to restore again .

The new entranants who have got eligibility to become  member of the Institute is being harassed like anything for no valid reasons just to have statistic pleasure of showing supremacy of chair this current cc is behaving like a body without brain.

In few cases it is learn that even after approving by unit , chapter or zone and even membership committee of CC  the president is denying the membership and all other CC members just playing a role of spectator and watching institute being taken for a ride by one culprit . why these other seven cc don't take any solid action against such fellow if they have a little bit self respect left in them.

Sincere Members should come forward and Ask these fellows whereever they found these culprits , as it's learnt that  now this fellow is  attending all training programs without fail all over the country.

Other vital issues are being coviniently ignored by this CC.

Keeping mum by sincere Members in such a situation may be a crime now towards the fraternity.

Dear Brother, 

Leave aside membership, even training is being denied. My friend from Jaipur wanted to do training but was denied by local surveyors citing the reason that new trainees were not being inducted.

One high-profile international surveyor was denied membership. Things need overhauling of the system and we should work on it.

It should not be thought that the previous Chair Holders all  come in election field round by round but who are coming with their evil deeds, harmful and adversely affecting to our profession & our institute (obviously its image too) or sitting on chair for only time pass and self interest, those louse from our head(institute - IIISLA) would be picked out and crushed, Otherwise they will suck our blood from the skull (profession) and one day we will be finished and the Individual SLA word will enter into the page of History book in India. Identify those lice( guys) and throw them out.

Members are very fed up with the way of IIISLA working.  IIISLA HO staff regularly harassing members. Their portal blocked, they cannot submit membership. They are not able to submit renewal application in IRDAI. There is no TAT to unblock the portal. Members are regularly calling people who are active in their area. After repeatedly sending 26AS and Form 12, members got simple reply from HO "Your case has been referred to Membership Committee."

What is this nonsense?

IIISLA HO, request you, please become member friendly. No dictator rules forever.

Remember this very much, a dictatorial era cannot last forever. Era will change sooner or later. All the things are being noted in the diary and whoever harassed the member will be brought into accountability.

 It is my request to all the head office staff, again request, humble request, please be friendly with the members. Cooperate with them and get their work done quickly. Harassment by HO can be annoying for you. Its account can be taken at any time of the future when ruling era will change and it is not far away.

For example, one member from Hardoi is corresponding since May 2023, IIISLA HO unable to understand deference between FY or AY. He contacted with his CA. CA discussed with HO then got reply that all is in order and your matter is referred to membership committee. Now, 12 days past, MC still not approved/unblocked. Please see attachments--

Very sad that none of the Directors are not in a position to do anything so why are you sitting there. If you can't do anything, then come out and fight with the members, the members will support you.

Look at the condition of the members-- Fear of LAA, pressure of ICR, job crises, threat of de-panel by insurance company, crisis of license renewal, crisis of fee deduction.

How long will this last
