Does this replace Google+ Office Insider communities?

The Google+ signal to noise ratio wasn't good - lots of spam and irrelevant posts.  So just wondering if this will become a better place?

Hey Colin,

This does not replace the Google+ communities. This is a separate group for alpha users and we ill keep memberships as well as communication here to a bare minimum. All feedback for the builds can be sourced through the in-app feedback channel.
