I don't know if there was such a thing somewhere in the discussions, but when I was looking for a solution to the network delay problem (network lag) I didn't find such an answer.
My problem and solution: there is a PC and a laptop. Both are connected via LAN.
At some point I noticed that if the laptop is a master, then everything works fine. If the PC is a master, then there is a network delay on the laptop.
If you drive the mouse slowly, then everything is fine, if you drive fast, the ping is constantly increasing.
I tried to reinstall the system, tried to connect a PC and laptop directly (without a router). The result is the same. There are no delays in one direction, there are delays in the opposite direction.
I found a way out by accident. The Microsoft All-in-One Media wireless keyboard was to blame. For some reason a program for changing buttons was downloaded on the laptop. This program was climbing into autorun. By disabling it from autorun, I got rid of the input lag.
Apparently, Input Director somehow conflicts with this program.
I'll explain just in case. I use a laptop as a media server. A TV is connected to it. And in order not to get up to the laptop, I use Microsoft All-in-One Media.
I don't know where it's best to write this, but I want to share a possible bug.
I apologize in advance if there are errors in the text, I use yandex translator.
