Failed to install Input Director's windows Service.

Installation on win 7 pro just stopped at this message ... what should i do? Installation worked fine on win 10.

Hi Andreas,

1. Using Windows Explorer, open the Input Director install directory (defaults to c:\Program Files (x86)\Input Director). Run the vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe files to ensure that the latest MS libraries are installed. 

2. It's also worth updating the MS Universal C runtime library, which can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

After that, re-run the Input Director installer to reinstall the application.

Ok thank you. I reinstalled the windows 7 and all works fine now.
