With the latest build, for some reason, when I rand my installer it treated it like a new install. I let it go through and then when I ran that a second time it worked correctly.

Is this something that I did to cause it?

Did you change your AppId or any architecture-related settings since the last time you ran the installer?  Did you perhaps previously run the uninstaller?  You'll probably need to try replicating a sequence of events that reproduces the issue; this is a bit too vague for us to help you remotely.

To my knowledge the app id is not changed.
