How can I using completely silent mode？

Hello：

Morning！I am a loyal user of innosetup, and now I am working on a project, hoping to realize the silent installation mode of the installation package. However, the existing achievements made by using SILENT/VERYSILENT mode will still flash on the status bar. Is there a way to be completely silent?

I tried to download the source code from GitHub and recompile it, but when I compiled it, I was prompted that units such as "usputils" could not be found。

I need some help, thanks!

Are you sure you need that? You will only see the silent installer in the task bar if the install is running as the current user that's logged on or in a session elevated from the current session. If the installer is running as a different user (e.g., using a software distribution system that runs as SYSTEM or a service account), you won't see the installer run.

See https://github.com/jrsoftware/issrc/blob/main/README.md, sounds like you skipped the 'git submodule' steps.
