Hi,
It seems like a regression : build failed - encountered LZMA access violoation in thread
When re- installed v 6.0 - the error did not occur.

Hi,

Version 6.4, released in January last year, updated the LZMA code from a very old version of the LZMA SDK to the current one.

Although you are only the third person to report an issue, the current LZMA SDK (by Igor Pavlov from 7-Zip) seems to be more sensitive to hardware issues.

Have you tried building on a different machine?

As a workaround, setting LZMAUseSeparateProcess=yes might help.

Version 6.0 is very old, you should not use it.

Greetings,
Martijn
