"This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running" only in SILENT mode

I am using Inno Setup 6.2.0. Only on some PCs with Windows 7 SP1 I cannot install my application with the switch "/ silent" (I got "This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running"). 

If I run the installer without parameters it works fine. 

On other PCs with the same configuration it always works (use or not /silent).

What could be happening and how do I resolve it?

Run the setup with /log parameter on one of the failing computers and post the log.

If I run the installer "not silently" it works fine.

It´s a Inno Setup bug? Or am I missing something?

The program you're starting the setup from is running in XP compatibility mode (the compatibility settings are inherited by child programs).
