Couple of issues on first Inno Setup of my software?

1.  The shortcut created was not set to "Run as Administrator".  Program failed to run as it should, would not open to save new file because of this.

2.  I selected 3 folders: C:\ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS, C:\ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS\IMAGES, and C:\ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS\SYMBOLS.  Which my wish was for these to be installed on the new windows computer to be created and also fill with the example files.

Shortcuts are not created with "Run as Admin" by default, even if the setup runs as admin. In most cases creating such shortcuts is the wrong approach and you should fix your application.

2: How did you select the 3 folders? I can't see them in your script. Check your [Files] section and matching help on DestDir?
