Can’t make an account on myrobotlab

Hello,

I can’t make an account on myrobotlab, I got this error:

Unable to send email. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.

It seems the system got my request because when trying creating a new account it said name and e-mail address already been taken. 

What to do?

Maybe Myrobotlab site is in maintenance.
