I would like to purchase complete, assembled inMoove. I actually did built it, but it was destroyed in transport, so now I am in an urgent need of buying replacement for a research project I am working on.

Wow it looks very damaged!
I never saw an InMoov so broken yet.
Did you try typing in the search bar of the forum "InMoov for sale".

I recognised this robot.
He was a path finder for a walking robot project.

Such a shame he was damage so much.
Is there no chance of being able to repair him?

The STL's for his legs and a lot of the modded parts can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2316843
The rest I think were standard Inmoov parts.

Hi Gael,

So nice to hear from the god almighty of the InMoove robots. I hope our Damian's soul foud peace and happiness in the Robot's Heaven as a martyr. We suspect he was tortured to death by TSA or other airport security since the damage does not look like accidental transportation damage, but rather as an intentional one. I believe he told them nothing though. He was on the way from Poland to Washington, at the end of this project, when he was tattooed in a traditional Polish porcelain style with a vide games -inspired easter eggs all over the body.

The robot was originally made by a Polish guy from a small village near Warsaw. He sold us the robot to re-build his house, under the condition that we keep the name, Damian. I don't know how I am going to tell him what happened. In Washington, DC, we used Damian in various capacities, eg. as an administrative assistant at the Institute for IDEAS (www.instituteforideas.org).

Thank you for creating this amazing design and sharing it with the world.

Best regards,
Dr. Krzysztof Pietroszek

Hello Krzysztof,

this is interesting, because the Damian robot is well know within the inmoov community.

It is a customized build, where part or all 3D designs have been uploaded to thingiverse by the creator. So you could try to get all designs of the parts that where destroyed and rebuild them.

Any other inmoov you might be buying will look different and will also possibly have no legs as there is no walking possibility yet.
There is of course a design from Gael, but it is also cosmetic for now and looks different to the Damian design.

Regards,
Connor
