State Reporting - EOYA - Parents As Teachers blank

I have found two records for IT grade level children give KIDS error “If the Current Grade Level (IT) is in (IT or PR), the Kansas Parent as Teachers Program (KPAT) must not be blank. Both of these two children have an early learning record with parent’s as teachers checkbox selected, that were both end dated back in 2024. The IC extract should be generating a zero for their PAT field, rather than blank.

 

Has anyone else had trouble with the Kansas Parents as Teachers field populating in the extract as blank (instead of zero) for any IT or PR grade level children, and then producing the error in KIDS? I dread taking the time to put in a support ticket for it (the time it will take to document and go back and forth for with so much else needing done!). I know it won’t get fixed in time to use for this EOYA anyway and I’ll need to manually correct for now, but don’t want to NOT report it if there really is a bug there that needs fixed…

I ran into that as well. We don't have a lot of IT students so I just manually edited them to get through this year since in theory we'll be on EdFi this time next year.
