students showing inactive

Hello everyone, new girl here. Our last day of school was the 21st. Our kiddos are now inactive. Is this normal for the summer? We have kids still doing activities they will still need their emails for like summer school. If this is not normal how can I fix it? I have a ticket in but waiting to get feedback so thought I would reach out here.

I believe so but I do not do that scheduling. Also some activities throughout the highschool that students are needing to receive emails about.

Yes, that is normal.  

 

The ActiveToday field is FALSE after the last day of school.

 

You may have to build a sepearate ad-hoc to run before or after the last day of school.   EndDate is NULL or EndDate = 5/21/2026
