Data Responsibility Flow Chart?

Good morning!

Not sure if this will sound ridiculous, but does anyone possibly have a responsibility of data entry into IC for the purpose of reliable state reporting? As a small district, we sometimes have a lack of awareness of procedures for having accurate information in IC, then run into issues with data in our state uploads. I just wanted to see who is responsible for what components of data entry (who updates program participation, who enters your dyslexia screening, etc.) if anyone has that. Perhaps it's just an us issue, but thought I would ask.
