Letters in names in wrong place

upon import and setting up the print out, I see various names with letters in the wrong spot. As you can see below, the correct name Krebsbach gets letters mixed up as well as John, Peter, Johann, and Steven.  How can I fix this?

Random name scrambling only happens in the free version when more than 63 people are displayed, or when one of the features of the paid version is used.

If you buy the basic package, name scrambling will never happen. However, the watermark will still be drawn when displaying more than 255 people, or when using an exclusive feature of the extended package.
