I think this is Myriactis wightii  
Outer florets start white and probably fade to pink.

In view of Singh ji's post of Myriactis nepalensis, I think it more likely to be Myriactis wallichii as per keys in BSI Flora of India and FoC.
Also matches with images in FOI
POWO mentions M.javanica as a syn. of M.wightii
