Dear Garg ji,

Then its obviously Agaricus but its hard to determine a species so easily in fungi  number of spore can change a species and even spore colour. It the fungi is not well determined before its really hard to designate species . If I try to do so it will a crime for providing vague information.

I don't think Agaricus xanthodermatus.
All the Agaricus spp. within section-Xanthodermatii bruises yellow and most of them them have an ammoniacal smell.

Yours is Agaricus spp. But not A.xanthodermatus.
Agaricus is one of the most difficult genus and the species can't be told apart based on macromorphology alone.
