Regarding the ID of Apiaceae species

Respected members, 

I first observed this Apiaceae plant in the year 2022 in flowering but the leaves were damaged. This year I again found the same species with leaves. Kindly, ID this plant. 

Observations: Leaves glabrous, Plant height almost 50 cm., Flowering March to April. 

Habitat: Open, semi-dry grassland. 

Place: Hamirpur, H.P.

Sir, it has not been identified yet, I checked the local Pimpinella spp. but no match.
