I also checked Urtica hyperborea, Urtica mairei and Urtica pilulifera from BSI Flora of India (with distribution shown in Himachal), but found these also having stinging hairs From the distribution given in POWO, I think it is quite possible that Urtica dioica subsp. afghanica may be found in Himachal, India- from me |
