Solena amplexicaulis Syn. Melothria heterophylla
A climber of Cucurbitaceae family.
Observed growing wild in Mulshi area Western ghats.
Both the names indicate some characters found in it.
The amplexicaul nature of the leaves which also show heterophylly i.e different types of leaf shapes.

Some description....Flowers tiny may be less than a cm.Axillary often in pira or cluster of 3-4 flowers.
Leaves 5-6 cm.Oval but of variable shapes.Tendrils present

Taking it as Solena umbellata (Willd.) W.J. de Wilde & Duyfjes as no distribution for Solena heterophylla Lour. subsp. heterophylla as per Review of the Genus Solena (Cucurbitaceae) Authors: Wilde, W.J.J.O. De; Duyfjes, B.E.E. Source: Blumea – Biodiversity, Evolution and Biogeography of Plants, Volume 49, Number 1, May 2004 , pp. 69-81(13).
Also as there are ridges on the fruit, it should be Solena umbellata (Willd.) W.J. de Wilde & Duyfjes.
