I think this is Lecanthus obtusus, a dwarf plant much smaller than Lecanthus peduncularis.
I had posted about it HERE earlier.

It is known from East and West Himalaya. So it is not surprising that it is found in Nepal too.

Checklist of Nepal already gives Lecanthus obtusus (Royle) Hand.-Mazz. as a syn. of Lecanthus peduncularis (Royle) Wedd.

Yes, that is there but it has not been updated and most of the databases like POWO, GBIF, CoL, IPNI and WP
have mentioned this as different sp. Even the book by KK shrestha et all have not synonymized this sp.
