Please check  Clematis lasiantha also. Clematis montana is also a possibility.

Looking at the shape, size and number of petals it looks matching with 
Clematis montana Buch.-Ham. ex DC..
Did not find distribution of Clematis lasiantha for India !

C. montana yes possible, not C. lasiantha a species from California not expected in W. Himalayas.
