Similar plant posted earlier was identified by Balakrishnan Sir as Euphorbia lactea Haw.

I will still try taking more pictures.

This is probably E. lactea Haw. I am not sure. The plant is probably under cultivation in gardens, as it is not found wild in Middle East.
