Could you help identifying this plant. 

Tree upto 20 m, Fruits edible , yellow when ripe. 
Place:240 m , foothills of Chure, Chitwan

It should be Syzygium cumini (L.) Skeels.

It may be some species of Syzygium, i do not think it matches with cuminii.
