Looks different from images at Asystasia gangetica (L.) T.Anderson
May be Asystasia chelonoides Nees as per comparative images at Asystasia‎ or some other species.
Pl. check I am not sure.

But do Asystasia chelonoides Nees have distribution in Thailand ?
Or it may be some other similar looking species found in Thailand.

It is Asystasia gangetica (L.) T.Anderson, as per images and details herein and as per POWO.
Looks different from Asystasia chelonoides Nees as per POWO.
