Date: November 30, 2019 ... Altitude: about 390 m (1,280 ft) asl

... some greens ?  
Dear friends,
I am not sure about this plant, most probably a climber, or could be a bush as we see here. Hope someone is able to recognize the plant. I thought of Basella, but I found it has leaves alternately arranged.

Looks like Cosmostigma racemosum to me

Yes, it possible for Cosmostigma cordatum as suggested by Radha ji.
Leaf arrangement and venation seems to match.
