I may be wrong, but Usha Di's pictures remind me of a plant I had seen in a Bonsai Exhibition in Mumbai. |

I have not seen any seed pods on the specimen I have seen or photographed in September this year... Plant has that drooping habit that SIVA has shown above. |

Many thanks for all your efforts in trying to identify this plant which was introduced to Sri Lanka. Based on the description of leaves and flowers it may probably be Caragana aurantiaca. |
