Valley of Flowers ... about 11500 ft
Dear friends, ID please.
Habitat: sloping meadow
Habit: small herb, about 40 - 50 cm high; flower about 1.5 cm across

Some more leaves should help. At least pinnate leaf of second photograph leads me to think about Acomstylis elata (syn: Geum elatum)

Appears close to Potentilla lineata Trevir. as per other observations from Valley of Flowers.
