Your pictures have  some similarities with Simouruba species.  Unable to get a clear picture of the leaves  and arrangement.   Please post the closeups of the flowers, leaves and branch showing clearly the arrangement of the leaves.

Definitely it is not D. gotadhora
It seems to be a member of family Simaroubaceae. 
Most probably Ailanthus genus bcoz 10 stamens and eve pinnate leaves.
