I have feeling that most of flowers from North-East or Extreme North of the country are un-IDed on the form...is it because of less presence of members from these areas?

The only hint that I get from the photo is perhaps it is a member of Amaryllidaceae, or who knows Orchidaceae.

It is one possibility, but I could not find any traces of labellum spur.
