03032013GS1-Shrub for ID from Delhi University Flower show

Dear members
I found this shrub being displayed at Delhi University Flower show on February 22, 2013. Leaves elliptic-lanceolate, thick, 4-7 cm long; flowers in clusters about 1 cm across, corolla tube 15-18 mm long purplish, corolla lobes white. Please help in ID.

Carissa macrocarpa (Eckl.) A.DC. syn C. grandiflora, a shrub with pink large decorative fruits . Regards,

Thanks Shrikant ji, but C. macrocarpa is a much different plant. It has been discussed in detail in these two threads from Morni and USA.

This plant somewhat resembles Acokanthera oblongifolia.

Garg ji they are two different plants
This one from Delhi University Flower Show clicked in 2013 with glossy leaves is A. oblongifolia
The other one with glaucous longer leaves photographed from Garden Festival in 2015 is A. oppositifolia

To me both appear to be from the same species, on observing close up posted images of the both.
