It seems to be Dipteracanthus patulus (Jacq.) Nees (= Ruellia patula Jacq.) with white flower, erect habit, obtuse leaves, pubescent capsule are the supporting features.- from Santhan ji. | |
Could be Ruellia malacosperma. However it is difficult to confirme as the leaves in your photographs is not very clear - from Mahadeswara ji | |

It may be either Dipteracanthus (≈ Ruellia) patulus or D. suffruticosus which I think has white flowers, too. Vijay
