Areisaema for ID :: Ghangaria, Uttarakhand :: Aug 2018

Hello friends

Saw this Arisaema stalk at Ghangaria, Uttarakhand in Aug 2018. No leaves or any remainder thereof was seen.

Requested to please provide ID, if possible?
